I was absolutely thrilled and very excited to win the Portrait Section with my Iris Apfel portrait in our local show last weekend as well as a placing for my other two entries. We were off on a family holiday just after I found out so it was a great time to celebrate!

Woo hoo, I won a 1st prize for ‘The owl and the pussycat’ in our local show. I looked at the other entries and didn’t think I had a chance of winning. Thankfully the judges thought differently. Feeling very grateful.
