Questions About Courses

how do I know if this course is for me?

I believe that our courses are appropriate for anyone, regardless of what level you are at.  If you are open to learning something new and exploring your creativity, then our courses are for you.

How do I purchase a course?

Go to classes in the menu bar. Choose your course. Follow the prompts to register. You will be redirected to PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account please contact me at donnamunroart@iprimus.com.au and I will assist you with an alternative payment method.

Once I purchase a course, how soon can I access it?

Immediately upon purchase, part of your course will be available.  Unless the course has been opened for two weeks by which case, you will receive all content immediately.  If it is not open yet, the course will be there, but the first lessons will not be available until the day the course opens. The following lessons will become available over the next two weeks. You can work at your own pace.

will I BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHERs DOING THE COURSE?

Yes, you will be invited to access a private Facebook community where you can connect with others and share your work.  From my experience this is always very encouraging and uplifting and beautiful friendships can be formed.  I will be present in the group so you can ask me questions if you wish.

Are the videos from the courses downloadable?

Yes, all videos and other course content are downloadable.

DO I NEED HIGH-SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION?

Yes, all videos are shot in HD so you will need fairly high speed conection to view them or it will be rather frustrating for you. If you have regular broadband you should be fine.

How long will the course be available?

All courses offer lifetime access.  That means that as long as the website is up and running you will be able to access your courses.

CAN I GIVE THIS COURSE AS A GIFT?

Yes! To purchase a Gift Certificate email me at donnamunroart@primus.com.au and I will organise it for you.

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

Once you have registered for a course we are unable to offer a refund.
